Community Partnership - How It Works

Our community partnership program is what we hope sets us apart from the crowd. A portion of the proceeds from every event will be donated to a charitable organization chosen in advance. Here's how it works:

 

With permission, we will include a link to the charity's web site on our site and publicity e-mails. The link will remain below after the event.

 

We will encourage the charity to help promote the event by whatever means possible.

 

Representatives from the charity will be asked to attend the event -- free of charge, providing the opportunity to further promote their organization. Our event host will acknowledge the charity and recognize the representatives in attendance. We will encourage the representatives to bring materials to give to those interested in additional information.

 

Our support for our partners doesn't end when we present a check! Our organization and our artists will continue to support and participate in their activities.
