Ken Haller

Ken is thrilled to be working with cabaret pals Bob and Anna at the most wonderful time of the year! Ken is a familiar presence to St. Louis theatre and music audiences for roles as diverse as Claude in Hair, Harry Hope in The Iceman Cometh, Zig in Bleacher Bums, multiple roles in Good Night Desdemona, Good Morning Juliet (for which Post-Dispatch theatre critic, Judith Newmark, granted him a “Judy” Award for Comedy in 2003), and the title role in Macbeth. He has also performed as a member of and frequent soloist with the Gateway Men’s Chorus for many years. After participating in the St. Louis Cabaret Conference is 2007 and 2008 and performing in multiple cabaret showcases, Ken premiered his solo cabaret show Putting It Together: The Music of Stephen Sondheim directed by Tim Schall with music direction by Al Fischer, playing to multiple sold out houses this past summer. Scott Miller, Artistic Director, New Line Theatre wrote, “Ken Haller's cabaret show at the Kranzberg… is terrific. Extremely funny… but also extremely personal and warm and emotional.” He will reprise Putting It Together on Wednesday and Thursday, October 28 & 29 at the Kranzberg Arts Center. www.licketytix.com
